I have been ordering for quite some time and really like the products..Unfortunately an order placed 12/16 was not delivered for more then two weeks, I contacted American Express and the order was sent the next day. Ordered again 2/17 for the full collection, when it arrived the package contained 2 day care creme, BUT, NO intensive night moisturizer.
NOT VERY HAPPY !!!!! Maybe I should look into other products that have better quality control and stricter mailing processes.
I have replied to my order status and have gotten no reply... please respond or help me with my problem as I am not completely satisfied at the time.
